Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the eligibility and process for refunds for courses purchased from Stepon India.

 

1. Eligibility Window

You may be eligible for a full refund of your course fee if your request meets the following two conditions:

  • Time Limit: The request is submitted via email within seven (7) calendar days from the date of your initial course purchase/enrollment. AND

  • Usage Limit: You have not attended more than one (1) live class session OR accessed more than 10% of the digital course materials (videos, documents, quizzes).

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

No refunds will be issued for the following:

  • Any refund request submitted after the 7-day eligibility window.

  • Courses for which more than one live class has been attended or more than 10% of the content has been accessed.

  • Free trial lessons or sessions.

  • Courses purchased during a specific, non-refundable promotional offer (clearly marked as such at the time of purchase).

  • Requests based on failure to complete the course or dissatisfaction with self-achieved learning outcomes.

 

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must send an official request email to our support team:

Your email must include:

  1. Your full name and the email address associated with your account.

  2. The exact name of the course you wish to refund.

  3. The date of purchase.

  4. A brief reason for the refund request.

 

4. Refund Processing
  • Upon receiving your request, we will review your eligibility based on the conditions outlined in Section 1.

  • If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement or payment account. The exact time depends on your financial institution.
